- You were born in Africa but live legally anywhere in Europe.
- You were born in Africa but work legally anywhere in Europe.
- At least one of your parents is African but you were born anywhere in Europe
- One of your parents is European and the other is African but you were born anywhere in Africa.
- You are of African descent and you have migrated to live anywhere in Europe (I.e. if you are from South, Central and North Africa for example.)
