How To Make Easy & Delicious Green Curry Vegetable Mix

Enjoy a healthy, easy to make and delicious curry vegetable mix

Ingredients:
350 g chicken fillet
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 green bell pepper
3 tablespoon olive oil
100 g curry paste
200 ml coconut milk

Preparation:
Clean the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper into pieces
Heat the olive oil in a large wok pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Add the vegetables and fry for 4 minutes on medium heat.
Add the curry paste and fry it for 2 minutes.
Add the coconut milk.
Cover the pan and let it steam for 15 minutes
Serve your delicious green curry vegetable mix with rice or couscous.

3. When this channel reaches 100,000 subscribers, I will personally go to Kenya to cook for the whole accommodation where those children are living in Taita for a week. If I can’t I will provide the money to make that happen.
