A question to all the foodies out there. Is it a culinary no-no to cook an African stew with fish, meat and chicken together in one pot? This Nigerian egusi stew (with rice) has dry fish, stock fish, beef & chicken all cooked together as is common in Nigerian, to give a tasty flavour but some (East Africans and Europeans) argue this is wrong.
