Check my easy recipes.  The beef, the chicken and the gizzard were pre-fried. The broth in the video is from the chicken and beef! Total cooking time ca. 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for 4 people:<br \/>\n250g cooking oil<br \/>\n1 onion<br \/>\n500g tomato puree<br \/>\nSpices of choice<br \/>\n250g fried beef<br \/>\n250g fried chicken<br \/>\n100g fried chicken gizzard (optional)<br \/>\n1 litre broth<br \/>\n3 cups prewashed long-grain rice<br \/>\n200g green peas<br \/>\n1 green bell pepper<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper<br \/>\n1 yellow bell pepper<\/p>\n<p>Slightly bake 1 sliced onion in a warm cooking oil. Add tomato puree and stir. Add spices of choice and stir. Cook for 3 minutes in medium heat. Add the fried beef and chicken and the optional chicken gizzard. Cook for 3 minutes in medium heat. Add 1 litre of broth. Add 3 cups prewashed long-grain rice. Spread the rice evenly in the cooking pan. Cover and cook in low heat for 8 minutes. Add 200g of green peas and sliced red, yellow and green bell pepper.
