The soup is made by boiling meat of choice to extract sweet flavour. The broth is seasoned with authentic and fresh African spices of choice. You can serve with potatoes, rice, bread or just eat it as is. It comes especially handy during the cold months! <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>Beef 200g<br \/>\nTripe 100g<br \/>\nChicken gizzard 100g<br \/>\nCow leg 200 g<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 medium onion<br \/>\nSpices of choice<br \/>\n1 chopped Habanero pepper (optional)<br \/>\nWater \u00bd liter<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\nFresh ginger 10g<br \/>\nGround pepper 50g<br \/>\nCrayfish powder 30g (optional for taste)<br \/>\nSpinach 50g<\/p>\n<p>This YouTube channel is supporting the NGO&#8217;s described below morally for now and financially when the channel reaches pre-set milestones. <\/p>\n<p>The NGO&#8217;s<br \/>\n1. Beyond Innocence Foundation. This is an NGO in Taita, Kenya that provides sanctuary for young children who have been victims of child and sexual abuse.<br \/>\n2. Stichting Afropeans. This is an NGO that seeks to celebrate all Europeans of African origin in Europe and to highlight their ongoing contributions to both the African and European societies. (I have to declare a personal interest here. I am the founder and chairperson of Stichting Afropeans)<\/p>\n<p>The pre-set milestones.<br \/>\n1. When this channel reaches 1,000 subscribers, I will put a link to both NGO&#8217;s in all the subsequent videos so that you can go to their websites for more detailed information about their work etc.<br \/>\n2. When this channel hits the 10,000 subscribers threshold, I will make a personal cash donation to both NGO&#8217;s!<br \/>\n3. When this channel reaches 100,000 subscribers, I will personally go to Kenya to cook for the whole accommodation where those children are living in Taita for a week. If I can\u2019t I will provide the money to make that happen. <\/p>\n<p>One other pledge.<br \/>\nFrom the moment my first 50 videos are posted, I will be making 1 meal a week for 20 less privileged people in my neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, this channel is dedicated to all the great Africans who came before and inspire us.
